Orders & Payments
Order Confirmation & Pricing
  • Order confirmed only after SMS or WhatsApp notification from our team.
  • All prices in PKR. Subject to change without notice.
  • We accept COD, bank transfer, and debit/credit cards.

Delivery
  • Delivers across Pakistan only. Standard delivery: 3–5 working days.
  • Tracking shared via SMS or WhatsApp within 24 hours of dispatch.
  • We are not liable for courier delays or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges

  • Request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact.
Sale items, custom-stitched pieces, and promotional orders are non-returnable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • Contact within 48 hours with photos and order number.
  • Replacement or resolution arranged promptly after review.
